  • Explain the link between a startup’s Value Proposition and its Operations Strategy
  • Begin drafting a Startup Lean Canvas and a Value Proposition Canvas for your business

MODULE 2: The SOURCE Stage / The PRODUCE Stage

  • The first two stages of the Operations Value Chain: SOURCE and PRODUCE
  • The concept of value transformation from resource inputs to product and service outputs
  • The Processes & Partnerships in the SOURCE & PRODUCE stages

MODULE 3: The DELIVER Stage / The MAINTAIN Stage
