What You Will Experience

Experience profound nature and self connection through “Ichigo-Ichie” (一期一会, literally “one time, one meeting”).

Ichigo-Ichie is a Japanese philosophy that describes a cultural concept of treasuring the unrepeatable nature of a moment. The term has been translated as “for this time only,” and “once in a lifetime”.

Becoming aware of Ichigo-Ichie helps us to slow down the pace of life and remember that each morning we spend in the world, every moment we spend with our loved ones is infinitely valuable and deserves our full attention.

The cultivation and practice of Ichigo-Ichie will allow you to lead a happier, more fulfilled life, without feeling weighed down by the past or anxious about the future. You’ll learn to live fully in the present, acknowledging and appreciating the gift of every moment.
