What is Shinrin Yoku

Shinrin Yoku (森林浴) or forest bathing has become a vital part of preventative healthcare in Japan. The Mindful Tourist (TMT) aims to provide a conducive environment for you to go deep into the vast and transforming world of Forest. TMT's Shinrin Yoku Certification Training is based on the latest scientific research on the Japanese Shinrin Yoku, nature connection and mindfulness practices. Designed to provide broad and varied experiences and activities, the training invites you to think deeply about what nature means to you and builds on your prior knowledge and experiences. Internationally recognized certification with internship opportunities with The Mindful Tourist upon completion.
