Drop 1-2 drops on one eco-block and spread it evenly while rubbing against another block.

If you purchase Set 5, Eco Block 24 pieces in a premium paulownia box), which does not include any bottle of camphor oil, you may purchase any brand of camphor essential oil. It is not recommended to apply 100% essential oil directly onto the skin, as it can cause irritation and sensitization.

Using a 2% essential oil dilution is generally considered a safe guideline for topical application of essential oils on adults. For children or elderly, use only a 1% dilution.

A good rule of thumb when seeking to make a 2% dilution using the by-the-drop method is to add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 30 ml of cold pressed carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil or jojoba oil.
