When you contribute, we will give you full credit by including your name. You do not have to be a Shinrin Yoku or Forest Bathing Guide certified by us or a guide at all.

It’s important to note that the Shinrin Yoku Invitation Directory is different from the Shinrin Yoku Invitation Bank, however both created by our founder, Milena A. Guziak. While the former is a free resource open to the public and  has basis in the latter, the latter is a comprehensive database featuring detailed protocols and full invitations, and may require a subscription or fee.
