“Participating in the Shinrin Yoku Guide course was an incredibly inspiring and transformative experience for me. It allowed me to delve into the mysteries of nature and discover its healing power. The course not only expanded my knowledge about the relationship between humans and nature but also taught me practical methods to improve mental and physical health through contact with the forest.
During the course, I had the opportunity to learn from the exceptional instructor Milena and other participants who shared their passion and knowledge. I learned to interpret the language of nature, read its signs, and draw strength from it for daily life. It was not only an educational experience but also a spiritual journey that strengthened my sense of connection with nature and the need to protect it.
The experience of how forests can positively affect our health and well-being was extremely valuable to me. With the knowledge and experience gained from the course, I feel much better prepared to share this wealth with others, guiding them through therapeutic forest bathing sessions. For me, it is not only a new professional challenge but also a mission to pass on the gifts of nature to other people.“
