② Promote Environmental Awareness: Through joint events, shinrin yoku practice , hikes, and experiences, we will raise awareness about the importance of nature in our lives and the need to protect our environment.
③ Enhance Mental Health: Combining the therapeutic practices of Shinrin Yoku with TiniHabitat’s focus on rewilding, we will provide unique opportunities for individuals to improve their mental health through nature immersion and shinrin yoku practice.
