Shinrin Yoku Guide Training was akin to a magical stroll through a lush forest. Around every turn was a discovery both outside of me and within me.
With each week my relationship with nature not only developed more deeply but I found too that my ability to integrate with nature in my daily life was revealing itself and flourishing.
Milena provided a beautiful non-judgmental container in which to learn and grow. Her continued support and compassionate guiding throughout the course was instrumental in my being able to step into a role to partner with the forest in guiding others.
I am grateful for Milena’s gentle wisdom along with the beautiful connections of my cohort. The coursework and the immersion in Nara, Japan will be an experience that will stay with me for my lifetime. Deep gratitude.”
