Journey Through Life With the Wisdom of the Forest
From an early age, Agnieszka developed and matured alongside nature, which was her first and closest friend. She never felt let down by nature. As she grew, her bond with the natural world deepened. In her childhood, the forest was her playground. Later, she appreciated the beauty of camping and hiking. As a teenager, she recognized her emotional connection with nature, which taught her about safety, freedom, and courage. As an adult, Agnieszka marvels at the divine through the wonders of nature, seeing it as God’s most beautiful creation.
Agnieszka’s journey started as a scout, mountain enthusiast, bushcrafter, and forest wanderer before professional work, chronic stress, and a lack of time pulled her away from the forest. When her body rebelled, she began her professional journey with Shinrin Yoku. Initially, she practiced it individually, experiencing the benefits of regular forest baths, and then she joined the SYA Shinrin Yoku Guide course. Her goal was to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to help others experience the gifts of nature. Currently, she combines her two great passions—people and nature—through her work in a forest kindergarten and by leading Shinrin Yoku sessions in Silesia. She is also expanding her knowledge in herbal medicine and mountain guiding.
Her primary aim during sessions is for everyone to be themselves through their connection with nature.

“First, I want to thank you for this course, for the path it has led me to, and for you, Milena for creating such a wonderful place for growth and self-discovery. This course, each task, and each week have been a journey that has profoundly changed me. The greatest change is my newfound ability to appreciate the moment and seek my well-being, something I often neglected until I was exhausted. Another significant change is learning to listen to others and trust that everyone can grow in their unique way, not necessarily as we guides envision. This lesson taught me a new form of guidance, like the forest itself—it invites rather than imposes, which I find beautiful. With each assignment, the course and Shinrin Yoku became an essential part of my life, to the point that I now consider professionally leading forest bathing sessions. What I intuitively loved—the forest and its strength—has become a discovered calling through this course and the people I’ve met, which I want to develop further for others and myself. I have met wonderful, like-minded people in the training, and formed close relationships that support me in my endeavors.
Thank you, Agnieszka.”
