Read participation and booking terms

1. Booking and registration

Participants should check the selected event, date, time, price and preparation requirements before registering. A confirmation with participation details will be sent after payment verification.

2. Cancellations and transfers

Bookings are non-refundable except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. If you cannot participate, you may request a transfer to another available session or to another person, subject to advance approval, availability and any applicable price difference.

Outdoor events may be postponed, relocated or cancelled where weather, fire risk, site conditions or unforeseen circumstances make participation unsafe. We will communicate alternatives and provide any remedy required by law.

4. The Three Co's

Co-creation: Participants and facilitators contribute to the shared experience through attention, presence and choice.

Co-responsibility: The facilitator assesses and communicates risks, while participants respect their own limits, safety guidance and the wellbeing of others.
